Upload a file through a minted link

/v1/document-upload-links/{token}
Puts the file in the document inbox, stores it as the voucher for a proposal about to be staged, or attaches it to the journal entry, draft or waiting proposal, as the link was minted for. Send it as multipart form field file — PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB. Takes no API key: the token in the path is the credential, and it works once.
